Home made popcorn (My favorite snack)
1 cup of popcorn kernels
2 table spoon of coconut oil or olive oil
2 ripped table spoon of nutritional yeast
1 tea spoon of Himalaya salt.
Mix Popcorn kernels, coconut oil in a heated large pot with lead on the high heat. When the kernels started to pop, reduce the heat to a minimum (lead must be on all time until finished). Swing the pot, but careful not to burn yourself. Turn off the stove, put the popcorn in a large bowl, add salt and nutritional yeast.
Bom Apetite!

Snack, breakfast, or dessert. A nice and healthy treat.
Yummy fruit salad: strawberry, green grapes, pear, apple, orange, banana and jack fruit. Jack fruit can be substitute by peaches slices. No added sugar, just fresh orange juice, from 2 oranges.
What is Nutritional Yeast?

Nutritional yeast, scientifically known as Saccharomyces cerevisiae, is derived from molasses. During the manufacturing process, the yeast cells are deactivated, resulting in a product that has a savory cheese and nutty flavour.
Nutritional yeast is an excellent source of fiber, amino acids, proteins, vitamins—particularly vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 is essential for nerve function, the formation of healthy red blood cells, DNA production, and energy metabolism. Additionally, nutritional yeast contains trace minerals such as zinc, selenium, manganese, and molybdenum, as well as antioxidants like glutathione and selenomethionine.
I often use nutritional yeast to enhance the flavour and nutritional value of foods such as popcorn, vegetable stews, pasta, and bread during baking.

This is my own version of a cereal mix. In this cereal mix, you can find golden berries, Goji berries, Cacao nibs, Pepita seeds, Sunflower kernels, brown and golden Linseeds, Almonds, Coconut, Hemp seeds and Rice Bubbles. In this mix, I toasted all the ingredients, (except for the rice bubbles). This cereal mix is high in soluble and insoluble fibers and is a good source of nutrients high in antioxidants and free of any added sugars and salt.
Warning: some individuals may suffer from an allergic reaction due to nuts and seeds.

Why should we exercise?
Engaging in physical activity is crucial for enhancing overall health and well-being, as well as lowering the risk of various health conditions such as heart attack, stroke, and obesity.
Regular exercise has been shown to improve mood, heart rate, and respiratory capacity, and significantly reduce stress by increasing endorphin levels in the brain, commonly known as the "happy hormone."
Physical exercise can be initiated through simple activities like walking around the neighborhood, frequenting a gym, or even exercising at home.

Preventing burnout can be a complex issue that many people face.
One method to prevent burnout is gardening. Growing fresh fruits and vegetables can be beneficial. Walking barefoot and using bare hands to touch the soil can also be helpful, as the soil reduces static shocks from touching metals such as door knobs.
