All consultations commence with a comprehensive 90-minute health and nutrition assessment. This is followed by dietary analysis, diagnostic testing where necessary, and the formulation of a detailed nutrient management plan tailored to your individual needs. Jane collaborates closely with other health professionals and members of your care team to identify the underlying causes of issues and deliver integrated solutions aimed at achieving optimal health.
